- The IOC is making a mistake -- baseball's popularity worldwide is growing. It is not just an American Pastime; it is played in many countries in Asia. Having baseball in the Olympics would not cancel any other sport.

- Great article Aaron, I agree completely. These laws are an abuse of the phrase "public place". A business owner should be allowed to do whatever he or she wants to in their establishment. If customers or workers do not like it, then can go to the non-smoking bar down the street.
